Who we are

GrowDesk Digital is a social media management and Meta advertising service for small businesses. Contact: our contact form.

What we collect

• Details you submit in our forms: name, business name, page link, email, WhatsApp number, goals, links to your files, messages and payment references.
• Basic technical data your browser sends (for example, the page you submitted from). We don’t use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To reply to you, send your free audit or templates, set up and deliver your service, and confirm payments.
• To send occasional tips by email if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered through our website host (Netlify Forms). Payments are handled by Payoneer or bKash under their own policies; we never see your card details. With your permission we access your Facebook/Instagram page through Meta Business Suite.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 12 months. Client records: for the length of our work and as needed for accounting. Ask us and we delete your data unless we must keep it by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

We will update this page if anything changes and show the new date at the top.
